The hit show Wednesday has taken everyone by storm, Hadlee included! When her mom told me about her obsession I knew we had to do a session. I have to say she NAILED it! We had a blast coming up with ideas and she loved doing Wednesday's iconic dance and her deadpan face!
This newborn session was EVERYTHING I wanted it to be...gorgeous colors, adorable baby, and a session for my childhood best friend's new addition! Pip fought us on the sleep a little bit, but that was fine since it was an excuse to hang out with her parents. She is absolutely perfect and I couldn't be happier for my friends! PS-check out that cheeky little grin!
Congratulations Courtney, David, and Piper!
When Navy does something, she gives it her all: sit here and look cute for posed photos? Check. Demolish a birthday cake? Check. Splash like crazy in the bath? Double check. When I say her mom, Alyssa, was covered in cake and water when we were done...I mean COVERED. Did all parties included have a blast? Yes, check.
This little girl was ALLLL about watermelon, so it was a perfect theme for her first birthday smash-and-splash session (I'd even wager that she was more about the watermelon pieces than her cake)! When we were done getting dirty she loved splashing in her fruit bath-all while eating watermelon of course. Check out some of my favorites from Karrigan's one-in-a-melon themed shoot!
I got to meet the Howes family from my hometown in Clearwater for and early, EARLY beach session. We decided on morning so we could all enjoy a day in sun after we were done (and so we could beat the Florida heat for the photos)! Not only were the kids adorable, but they were so well-behaved and had a blast splashing in the water when we were done. Just look at this beautiful family!
I'm over here obsessing over this chubby-cheeked, bright-eyed boy! Hudson made my job so easy with his adorable smiles and giggles. His mom Audriana and I are both so in love with these images, and it was so hard to choose only a few to post!
Navy was a perfect sweetheart throughout her session, and since she was my first newborn since moving to Florida I was over the moon! She slept like a dream, and even gave me the sweetest little cheeky grin and some great eye contact. Thank you for allowing me to document your growing family, and congratulations to Alyssa and Shawn on their beautiful baby girl! It's such an honor to document these first photos of your new life, and I can't wait to watch your family grow.
Caelum was the most bright-eyed, awake baby I've had in my newborn photography career...and he made me WORK for it! But he was content (more-so when he was all snug and bundled!) and gave us a gorgeous gallery that I'm so proud of.
Beautiful Brielle is celebrating her first birthday, and she couldn't be cuter in her "one-in-a-melon" outfit made by her great aunt. She stole the show while adorably chowing down on some watermelon slices!
Shelby and Scott's wedding plans were some of many affected by COVID-19, and though significant changes had their day was much smaller than they expected, the amount of love present made up for it. They celebrated in the backyard with their family, and many more wished the couple love on the live-stream from the safety of their homes. Plenty of adorable puppies in bowties, a cake made by the bride's brother, and a gorgeous trellis made by her father made the day that much more special!
Parker was a little older than I typically photograph newborns (thanks, COVID), but he was awake, alert, and happy! He had the cutest facial expressions and was such a content little guy. Plus we got to get the shot that his mom REALLY wanted...him curled up on her wedding dress! <3
I LOVE photographing Alexis and Josh's precious babies <3
Big sis Riley has always been a perfect subject, and her new little sister Aryn is just as cute. This was my FIRST out-of-quarantine, in-home newborn session and it felt great!
I've gotten to be a part of this gorgeous family's milestones since their older son (and most amazing big brother) Ben was first born, and Grayson is the perfect addition to a sweet family.
This was one of my first shoots back after quarantine and one of my last before I relocated to Jacksonville, Florida. I'm so excited to be back in the game with this adorable in-home session!
Beautiful Francis Seraphim has two very lucky parents! He was perfect for his in-home session in Steubenville, Ohio. He slept like a dream and was so happy in any pose!
Gorgeous Sophia slept like a dream for her warm in-studio newborn session. She was sleepy and happy in every pose until the very end when she gave me a beautiful, wide-eyed stare!
You can’t help but fall in love with Aleasa and Rex's sweet summer barn wedding-they had fun, intimate details such as Aleasa's grandmother's mirror and subtle Cleveland Indians nods. Their four beautiful kids played a huge part in their day, making it extra heartfelt. Hartford Hill Winery was a perfect place for their emotional ceremony, and Yankee Lake might have been the only place big enough to hold all the guests who were ready to celebrate the new couple!
Congratulations, Mr. & Mrs. King!
Michelle and Tyler are the most gorgeous, goofy couple I've ever met-getting them to stop making silly faces long enough to get at least one normal picture was a fun challenge that resulted in tons of laughs all around. That plus the fact that they ONLY wanted to party all day made for an amazing time in Boston (seriously-the party NEVER stopped).
They also had one of the most ADORABLE bridesmaids: Kennie, their sweet Husky pup. She's their world and its safe to say she stole the show just a little bit...when the ceremony was getting a little too focused on them and not her, she threw a hissy fit and ripped her flowers off.
I loved getting to celebrate this weekend full of love with a couple that I adore!
Congratulations, Michelle and Tyler Gallagher!

When Kari's mom, Diane, contacted me about shooting her wedding on New Year's Eve in Los Angeles, I was OVER THE MOON. Kari and Reid are incredible people separately, and together they make one bomb couple-it's clear as soon as you see them together that their love is genuine. The couple even included their adorable dog, Marcy (obviously I'm excited when there's animals involved).
Their elegant wedding at Carandolet House could not have been more incredible, plus it was AWESOME for this Ohio girl to wear short sleeves in the middle of winter. This was my first NYE wedding, and I honestly can't think of a better way to bring in the new year than starting your life as a couple surrounded by family and friends.
Congratulations, Kari and Reid Anderson!

Hadlee was so excited to become a big sister, and Everlee was just excited to snooze in the warm studio :)
Both girls were so well behaved for this adorable newborn shoot.
